About UpSkillOne
UpSkillOne is a 36-month Erasmus+ project bringing together five partner organisations from Bulgaria, Finland, France, Italy, and Spain. The project addresses a critical gap in the European labour market: adult workers in micro-small enterprises are often left behind by mainstream upskilling initiatives that are designed for larger organisations.
By combining artificial intelligence with blended mentoring, UpSkillOne creates a personalised, accessible, and evidence-based guidance journey. Our goal is to equip workers and their employers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to navigate continuous change in the modern workplace.
