The UpSkillOne platform is a responsive, accessible web application designed specifically for use in low-resource small business environments. It requires no specialist hardware and works across all modern devices and browsers.
Workers can complete skill assessments, access curated learning content, and communicate directly with their assigned mentors from a single, intuitive dashboard. The platform is available in all five partner languages: Italian, French, Finnish, Spanish, and Bulgarian.
Employers and guidance practitioners access a separate dashboard to track team progress, review recommendations, and coordinate mentoring sessions giving micro-small enterprises the workforce intelligence they need without complexity or cost barriers.
